No additional information is needed. Once we have finished gathering all of the annual Plan notices, we will email you a templatized email with the notices and descriptions of each for you to forward to all active/eligible employees. We will use the current recordkeeper data to mail physical copies of the notices to any terminated employee with an account balance on your behalf.

WHAT'S NEXT?

Once we have finished gathering all of the annual Plan notices, we will send you a templatized email with the notices and descriptions of each for you to forward to active/eligible employees who receive company correspondence via email.

We will mail physical copies of the notices to employees who do not use email for company correspondence and any terminated employee with an account balance on your behalf.

Since you indicated that your recordkeeper data is accurate, we simply need a roster of the employees who DO NOT use email for company correspondence. We will audit the recordkeeper data and use the mailing addresses on file for terminated employees as well as the employees that you list on the roster.
