Today: Jim continues his role as a guide in the markets, combining a vast understanding of industry trends with his aptitude for leveraging investment tools and technology to best support clients. When Jim is not busy analyzing, researching, or consulting, he enjoys reading, watching movies and spending time in nature hiking or lounging by the lake with his family and dogs.
Duties: Managing the BayBridge Benefits division of the firm and serves as a Benefit Consultant to his many clients.
Experience: Keith has been in the financial services industry for 12 years, working with Filice Insurance, Chrontel Inc., and Xilinx.

Today: Keith is proud of the work he does, the clients he helps, and has a great appreciation for the subtle differences that each day presents. When he isn’t busy coordinating incredible benefit plans for individuals and businesses, Keith enjoys water skiing, snow skiing, camping, and spending time with his family.

Experience: In 1990, Virginia started her own independent firm to help her clients find the right plan vendor, establish proper investment lineups, and offer plan participants a number of ways to invest through custom-designed model portfolios and target date strategies.

First Job: The “clam girl” at Howard Johnson’s Friday-night bottomless dinner, refilling dishes of fried clams for hungry patrons.
Today: She joined the like-minded team at BayBridge Capital Group in 2020, where she continues to assist clients to manage their 401k plans. When she is not advising clients, Virginia serves her community as an honorary board member of HIP Housing and enjoys cooking for her family and friends.

Brandi draws upon her thirst for knowledge and passion for efficiency to craft a cohesive working environment that enhances BayBridge Capital Group’s ability to provide a more efficient and effective client service model.

Today: When she isn’t busy designing communications or charting the path for BayBridge Capital Group’s financial services industry takeover, Brandi enjoys spending time with her family, actively serving in her local church, playing one of her many musical instruments, crafting and exploring the world.
Duties: Leading our comprehensive Client Experience. Responsible for daily administrative operations, as well as client outreach and the development & coordination of annual client events.
Experience: As a Special Events Director and managing large weddings, corporate & social events over the past 11 years, Rachel had the opportunity to become an expert multi-tasker with a passion for ensuring a seamless client experience. She brings that same desire for success and excellence to her current capacity, as she strives for innovative ways to develop and improve our overall client services.

Today: When she’s not busy opening accounts, managing the office and brainstorming for the next Client event, Rachel enjoys entertaining friends and family in her home, experimenting with new food (and beverage!) recipes and, most of all, spending quality time with her husband and their daughter.
Duties: Working directly with Corporate Retirement Plan Sponsors, Plan participants and Third Party Administrators through all stages of plan implementation and ensuring that all ongoing service needs are met. She conducts on-site and web-based educational seminars and assists with Investment Committee Plan reviews.
Experience: Crystal began her career in the Pension Industry in 2002 as Third Party Administrator specializing in Department of Labor compliance testing, Plan Design, and the administration of multi-faceted employee benefit packages. Crystal continued her career at Voya Financial as a Client Relations Manager before joining the BayBridge Team.

Today: When she’s not busy ensuring the best possible Plan Sponsor and Plan participant experience, Crystal enjoys spending time with her husband and family, serving at her church, attending kickboxing classes, playing her flute, and traveling the world.
